These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Animate Solution website, mobile application, courses, and related services (the “Platform”), operated by Animate Solution. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

2. Courses & Licence

When you enrol in a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the course content for your personal, non-commercial learning during your access period. You may not download (except where explicitly enabled), copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials.

3. Payments, Enrolment & Subscriptions

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by third-party gateways (such as Razorpay) or by approved manual methods (UPI, QR, or bank deposit) which are verified before access is granted.
• Courses may be offered as a one-time purchase (with a defined validity period) or as a subscription that renews for the selected duration. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Instructor Content

Courses may be created by independent instructors. While we strive for quality, the views and materials in a course are those of the instructor. Instructors are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to the content they publish.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or course access with others.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, logos, and software are owned by Animate Solution or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

7. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon meeting the completion criteria for a course (such as finishing chapters and passing required quizzes). Certificates certify participation and completion and do not constitute an accredited academic degree unless expressly stated.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will meet your specific expectations or career outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animate Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
